Dr. Vidone received her B.S. in biology from Providence College, A D.M.D. from Boston University School of Dental Medicine, and her Certificate in Periodontics from Boston University. After graduation she taught at Boston University while joining private practices in the Boston area. Dr. Vidone is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration (Implants) , Massachusetts Society of Periodontics, and several other dental societies and organizations. She is also a dental consultant for a major insurance company.
Dr.Vidone limits her practice to periodontics, which specializes in saving people’s teeth from the damages of gum disease. She is specially trained in procedures such as non-surgical and surgical treatment to eliminate gum disease. Her education is ongoing-she regularly attends continuing-education courses to keep current on the latest procedures.
Dr.Vidone, who was raised in Connecticut, spends her free time reading, playing tennis and enjoying time with her family.
